Terms of service
Will AI Pick Me? ("we", "us") is operated by Marc Moeller (contact details below). By using this website you agree to these terms.
The free scan. You can scan any publicly accessible web page. Please only scan pages you own or are permitted to analyze, and don't use the service to overload or attack any website. We may limit or block automated or abusive use.
The Fix Report. The Fix Report is a one-time purchase that gives you recommendations and example code for the URL you scanned. Your report link stays available for as long as we operate the service and re-checks the page each time you open it.
No guarantees. Scores and recommendations are our independent assessment of technical best practices. AI companies don't publish how they choose what to recommend, so we can't guarantee any change in rankings, traffic, citations or sales. You're responsible for reviewing changes before you make them to your website.
Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Trademarks. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and other names are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Privacy policy
What we collect. When you run a scan we process the URL you enter and fetch that public page. We don't require an account and we don't store scan results.
Payments. Payments, and any sales tax or VAT, are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares your email address and payment status with us so we can deliver and support your purchase. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Hosting and logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies. We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking.
Your rights. To access or delete data we hold about you, email marc.moeller77@gmail.com.
Refund policy
If the Fix Report isn't useful to you, email marc.moeller77@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
